About The Position
TidalHealth is seeking a Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The CDU specializes in cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures with continuous telemetry monitoring and limited critical infusions. The CDU RN is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process. This role involves acting as a patient advocate, providing support, information, and direct care, and utilizing equipment and technology skillfully. The CDU RN will also educate patients and families on significant self-care issues and may be involved in the inventory, distribution, and delivery of medications.
