About The Position

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Med/Surg or ambulatory/clinic setting
Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy
Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in an ambulatory/clinic setting
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy procedures
Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Follow established clinical protocols and infection control standards
Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and best practices
Document patient information in EMR systems accurately and efficiently
Support clinic workflow, including patient flow and scheduling as needed
Maintain proper use and handling of medical equipment and supplies
