Responsibilities

• Delivery of direct resident care.
• Supervising the nursing care provided by professional nursing team.
• Planning, implementing and evaluating resident care.
• Assessing plans in collaboration with the resident, family and/or significant other, and the interdisciplinary health care team.
• Adhering to Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice and Nurse Practice Act.
