About The Position

The RN Charge Nurse at La Frontera Nursing & Rehabilitation is responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents. This role involves overseeing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for both team members and patients. The ideal candidate will have a valid Texas RN nursing license or a license from a Compact Party State, and will be committed to making a positive impact in the community.

Requirements

• Current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a valid RN license from a Compact Party State.
• Experience in a nursing role, preferably in a charge nurse capacity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a post-acute care setting.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
