About The Position
MaineHealth is looking for a full time day shift, Certified Wound Ostomy - Registered Nurse to join our Wound Care team! This position would cover either the Biddeford or Sanford wound locations with a clinical schedule of weekdays. Summary: The Registered Nurse - Certified Wound Ostomy Care role provides expert clinical leadership through direct patient care, education and consultation to nursing and other disciplines in order to meet the complex needs of wound/ostomy patients and their families.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
- WOCN Board Certification required.
- Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- Three years of recent clinical nursing experience required.
