Requirements

• Active Ohio RN license
• 1+ year nursing experience (any setting)
• Strong knowledge of documentation, safety, and care standards
• Comfortable in a non-clinical, support-focused role
• Driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Able to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Train caregivers on policies + proper documentation
• Ensure care plans are followed correctly
• Observe and flag non-clinical concerns early
• Be the go-to support for caregivers, families, and leadership
• Help maintain quality, compliance, and high care standards
