About The Position

Pay range for this position is $28.96 - $41.82/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position. Sign-On Bonus Eligible! $5,000 for (external) RNs and New Grads (internal/external) OSF will invest in you Day 1! Registered Nurses with 5+ years of direct experience will receive a bonus of 24 hours of Vacation/Holiday Time Off frontloaded on the first day. This is in addition to our generous Time Off plans!

Requirements

• IL OR MI RN License.
• RN license in current state.
• American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers).

Nice To Haves

• BSN.
• 6 months experience as an RN in a healthcare environment.
• Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency.
• Ability to regularly and timely travel between various sites.

Responsibilities

• Protect, promote and restore health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of licensure.
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum.
• Assess and support physical symptoms.
• Provide psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
• Mentor assigned team members.
• Promote best practices.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
