This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac 7th Floor at the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). The nurse will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process, focusing on physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental needs. This includes assessment, nursing diagnoses, outcome identification, planning, intervention implementation, care coordination, health teaching, and evaluation, all consistent with MUSC policies. The nurse is expected to maintain a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment and function professionally within a professional practice model, participating in shared governance and promoting a healthy work environment.
