Requirements
- 1+ years acute care ICU/PCU experience
- Florida RN license (or obtain within 60 days)
- BLS (required), NIHSS within 30 days, ACLS within 6 months
Nice To Haves
- CCRN preferred (obtainable within 2 years)
- BSN preferred
Responsibilities
- Advanced post-op cardiac care: hemodynamic monitoring, recovery management
- Patient advocacy and education on medications and treatment plans
- Support high-quality outcomes through clinical excellence and process improvement
