The Director and Associate Directors are committed to growing and mentoring our team, providing support through 1:1 conversation, monthly check-ins, recognition for accolades and maintaining visibility. We flex our hours so we can spend time with both shifts. We are here to support you! The Cardiac Progressive Care Unit is a 60-bed acute cardiac unit focused on providing excellent care to a variety of cardiovascular patients. This unit has a strong emphasis on maintaining a safe environment for you and your patients. If you have an interest in cardiac patients and cardiac procedures: NSTEMI/STEMI, heart failure, arrhythmias, stents, pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, Watchman, MitraClips, vasoactive drips to name a few - apply today! As a Registered Nurse at Banner, you will have the opportunity to work 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00am-7:30pm with weekend rotations utilizing our self-scheduling tool. Enjoy a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.
