Responsibilities include responding to patient calls regarding symptoms or treatment plan inquiries, as well as assisting walk-in patients who may present with symptoms. The position works collaboratively with providers to determine appropriate next steps in care. Additional duties include managing pacemakers and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), performing in-office device interrogations, and conducting reprogramming as needed.
