Our BMC Inpatient PANU offers support and comes fully equipped to help you do what YOU do best, provide care for our patients! DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Pre-Op, PACU, procedural care and ECT for Adults and Pediatrics This unit has a highly experienced team that prepares and recovers adult and pediatric patients for the operating rooms. Our unit supports the main level 1 trauma OR at Baystate Medical Center which includes twenty four operating rooms. This is a high acuity, fast paced, patient focused, and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required.
- AND required; BSN preferred.
