About The Position
ChristianaCare, a healthcare organization with 1100 beds between two Magnet® recognized hospitals (Christiana and Wilmington) and the only Level 1 Trauma service on the East Coast corridor between Philadelphia and Baltimore, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Behavioral Health Nursing team at Union Hospital. This part-time position requires working 12 hours per week on day shifts, including rotation on weekends, with holidays per department guidelines. Requirements
- Current Maryland RN license or eligibility for Maryland RN license
- BLS required
- Two year med/surg experience in an acute care setting
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Psychiatric Nursing experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Crisis Area is strongly preferred
- Professional Certification in Psychiatric–Mental Health or Medical/Surgical preferred
