with cutting-edge technology. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for
delivery of patient care in the Behavioral Health Department through the nursing
process of interview, assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and
triage.

The psychiatric mental health nurse will demonstrate the scope of practice as
recognized by The American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA) for
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse: Psychiatric-mental health (PMH) nursing
promotes integrated and comprehensive health and wellness through prevention and
education, as well as assessment, diagnosis, care, and treatment of the full
range of psychiatric-mental health disorders, across the life span. Psychiatric
nurses practice transpersonal caring to promote the health and healing of
humanity. We are a level I inpatient adult psychiatric facility with 19 beds.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
• Must have an active Arizona or Compact RN License.
• CPR and Handle with Care certifications are required within 90 days of hire.
• One year of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
