Requirements

  • Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
  • Must have a current Arizona or compact multi-state RN license.
  • Associate's degree required.

Nice To Haves

  • ACLS, PALS and Handle with Care preferred.
  • BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies
  • Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc
  • Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team
  • RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration
