About The Position
LindenGrove New Berlin, an Illuminus Community, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We provide a range of services including assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term skilled care on a beautiful campus. Our mission is to offer holistic, transformative care that helps individuals rediscover their inner light. We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy working with older adults and are committed to providing person-centered care. The position offers flexibility with full-time, part-time, or PRN options, and shifts are available in the AM or PM. The hourly wage ranges from $36.00 to $45.00, depending on experience, with additional shift differentials for PM shifts and eligibility for a sign-on bonus. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for identifying, providing for, and accepting responsibility for the total nursing needs of our residents. This includes conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and maintaining thorough documentation. You will ensure that care is delivered in a person-centered manner, aligning with our values and best practices in infection prevention and control. Your role will also involve effective communication with residents, families, and staff, as well as coordinating and delegating care to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. In addition to direct patient care, you will be responsible for supervising certified nursing assistants and medication administration assistants, investigating incidents, and participating in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives. You will also assess resident care needs and assist in developing individual care plans, ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality of care.
