About The Position
LindenGrove Mukwonago, an Illuminus Community, is hiring a Registered Nurse RN. We offer a continuum of care which includes assisted living, memory support, and short-term rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care to older adults. We are passionate about offering holistic, transformative care and helping those in need rediscover their light within. The registered nurse will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident's total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.
