About The Position

Cypress Ridge Care Center, a 5-star facility, is in search of a Registered Nursing (RN) for both FULL TIME AM SHIFT and FULL TIME PM SHIFT. The role involves monitoring patients' conditions, assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice, observing and interpreting symptoms, and communicating them to physicians. The RN will collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients, perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurements and administering injections, and fill in patients' charts.

Requirements

• Current RN license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts.
