Responsibilities

Care deeply and passionately for the well-being of our senior population.
Member Assessments in the center and home
Reviewing health care documentation,
Being a resource for the Skylark team,
Assisting in the operations of the center when needed
Review and complete monthly, weekly required nursing documentation for CCSP / SOURCE, Veterans Administration programs, and compliance requirements
Care plan development.
