About The Position

The Registered Nurse works under the supervision of the Director and is responsible for caring for the patient and the development of nursing plan of care. RN performs assigned procedures that are within the scope of practice as set forth by the Iowa State Board of Nursing.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current unencumbered Registered Nurse License in Iowa or from a Compact State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Recent RN experience.

Nice To Haves

• One (1) year rehabilitation nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Caring for patients in the acute rehabilitation setting.
• Developing nursing plans of care.
• Performing assigned nursing procedures within the scope of practice.
