Initiates discharge planning for each patient upon admission as appropriate. Will be responsible for identifying the need for further assessment based on the patient’s clinical presentation/diagnosis and tolerance of diagnostic testing/scheduled procedure.

Requirements

Two (2) years’ experience in an operating room, on a telemetry unit, or critical care unit in an acute care facility required
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing Program
Current California RN license (maintain current)
BLS (maintain current AHA)
ACLS (maintain current AHA

Responsibilities
