About The Position
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center, you will play a crucial role in promoting wellness, healing, and independence for all lives we touch. Our facility is committed to providing high-quality care, and we are looking for dedicated RNs to join our energized and compassionate team. This position offers a competitive hourly wage, with new higher wages starting at $37.50 and going up to $62.45 per hour, along with a sign-on bonus of $7,000 for full-time positions and $3,500 for part-time positions. You will be part of an interdisciplinary care team, focusing on personalized care and innovative suggestions to enhance the lives of our patients and residents. In this role, you will provide oversight to Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) as needed, ensuring that all care provided meets the highest standards. You will consult and coordinate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Your responsibilities will include facilitating baseline and periodic assessments of care needs, administering medications safely and accurately, and monitoring their efficacy. You will also initiate requests for consultations or referrals to ensure the highest practicable care and quality of life for our residents.
