About The Position
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 6S Telemetry Stepdown unit. The RN will provide specialized nursing care using clinical judgment and evidence-based practice to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Care delivery focuses on patient-centered, culturally competent, and age-specific practices while adhering to professional nursing standards and state regulations. Unit Details – Telemetry Stepdown (28 Beds) Specializes in recovery following vascular and electrophysiology procedures Manages patients with acute MI, cardiac arrhythmias, syncope, cardiomyopathy, and heart failure Provides continuous cardiac monitoring for diverse patient populations Administers and titrates multiple IV medications Performs conscious sedation for cardioversions All nurses are ACLS certified and trained in ECG interpretation Ideal unit for nurses interested in transitioning to ICU
Requirements
- Ability to provide age-specific and culturally competent patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work effectively in a diverse healthcare environment
- Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
