About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 4E Neuro Trauma team. This part-time position requires the nurse to work 2 shifts per week, primarily during the day. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients while adhering to established protocols and procedures. The role also includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Previous experience in a neuro trauma or critical care setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
• Certification in Neuro Trauma Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with neuro trauma.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
