About The Position

72hrs per week 7p-7:30a Set weekend schedule to include set every 3rd weekend rotation up to every other weekend. Weekend schedule will be given after successfully completing the orientation period. Management does have discretion to change schedule 30 days prior to the start of the 6-week scheduling periods if needed. A Registered Nurse, RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.

Requirements

Graduate from a state accredited school of professional nursing.
Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license required.
For Staff Registered Nurse positions within specialty area, prior employment experience in the appropriate clinical setting is preferred.
Position requires RN to be familiar with hospital and department policies and procedures, accepted methods of requisitioning ancillary department service work, and familiarity with the medial staff. This knowledge is normally acquired through 1-3 months of orientation time.
Must maintain current nursing knowledge and BLS certification and required CEU’s for relicensure.
