About The Position

The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital. The position requires working 11 out of every 12 weekends and includes a 40% premium for all hours worked during the defined weekend.

Requirements

• 1+ years of RN Experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse; American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS.

Nice To Haves

• Education: BSN.
• Experience: Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment; Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Protect, promote and restore health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure.
• Collaborate with Providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum.
• Assess and support physical symptoms.
• Provide psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
• Mentor assigned team members.
• Promote best practices and maintain professional disposition at all times.
