The RN will collaborate with Providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum. Responsibilities include assessing and supporting physical symptoms, providing psychological support to patients, friends, and families, mentoring assigned team members, promoting best practices, and maintaining a professional disposition at all times. The RN Hospital Inpatient/ED operates in units that provide 24/7 care in the hospital and will be scheduled and required to work 11 out of every 12 weekends.
