About The Position

This position is an hourly role with a pay range of $32.61 - $49.28/hour, based on years of licensure. Additionally, there is a night shift differential of $4.00/hr and a 40% premium on the hourly base pay for all hours worked during the defined weekend. The position is also eligible for a sign-on bonus of $15,000 with a 1 year work commitment for new graduates and external candidates.

Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse; American Heart Association HealthCare Provider BLS.

• Experience: Experience as an RN in a healthcare environment; Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft application basic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Protect, promote and restore health and wellness by practicing at the highest level of the Registered Nurse licensure.
• Collaborate with Providers and multidisciplinary care team members to provide care coordination across the continuum.
• Assess and support physical symptoms, providing psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
• Mentor assigned team members and promote best practices.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Work 11 out of every 12 weekends in a 24/7 care environment.
