In the operating rooms, we care for a wide range of patients ranging from neonates up to adults. At Riley, we perform surgical procedures as simples as ear tubes to open heart. Our OR nurses are trained to function in both the circulator role and as a scrub. Because of this, our onboarding takes approximately 9 months. Our team is dedicated to patient safety. We work very closely with the anesthesia and surgical care teams to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements

Minimum of one year of RN experience
OR and CVOR experience REQUIRED
Self-motivated
Flexible
Enjoy working as a team
Possess strong critical thinking skills
Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN)
Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse
Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
