About The Position
Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Manager (or designee), the position involves implementing, supervising, and evaluating the nursing care of each patient using a nursing process in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. The role encompasses the entire patient journey from admission to discharge, with a focus on the aging process throughout the life span, including all developmental stages and cultural patterns.
