About The Position
The Nurse Resident is a Registered Nurse (RN resident) at Novant Health, responsible for leading the healthcare team by building authentic relationships with patients and their support systems. This role involves collaborating with physicians and team members to create and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support peaceful end-of-life care. The RN resident is accountable for managing and providing care in line with current policies and procedures, while also embracing the core values of diversity and inclusion within the organization.
