About The Position
The Registered Nurse Residency Program is a 12-month comprehensive transition-to-practice initiative designed to support new graduate nurses in their progression from students to professional nurses. This program emphasizes education, mentorship, and peer support, equipping participants with the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors to enhance quality and safety in patient care. It includes precepted orientation and blended learning experiences across various specialties such as Acute Care, Critical Care, and Emergency Department.
