Our New Grad Residency Program is a 12-month program that supports newly licensed registered nurses (RNs) as they make their initial transition to practice in one of our five medical centers. The program includes a comprehensive, evidence-based clinical orientation and a nursing professional development transition to practice curriculum. Throughout this program, you will have the chance to establish strong and cohesive relationships with fellow participants in your assigned cohort.
