About the IVF Nurse Role and REI/IVF • The clinic offers a full range of assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including IVF, egg retrieval, and embryo transfers, along with fertility preservation and genetic testing options. • The RN works with a multidisciplinary team to ensure successful IVF outcomes. Manage IVF treatment plans, medication administration, and coordinate procedures like egg retrieval and embryo transfer. • Provide patients with IVF protocol education, emotional support, and guidance throughout their fertility journey.
