About The Position
Purpose & Scope: Delivery of multifaceted nursing care to multiple specialties and all ages from newborns to geriatrics. Services include, but are not limited to, medical, surgical, orthopedic, obstetrics, gynecology, pediatric and occupational health. Patients may be walk in or scheduled.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions or Compact State Licensure in Nursing required.
- BCLS certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Two years of healthcare/medical - nursing/patient care experience is preferred.
- ACLS certification is preferred.
