About The Position

Introduction: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The Registered Nurse will assess patients' health needs, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Current state license as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to flexible PRN scheduling
Upholds ethical and professional standards in all interactions
Demonstrates empathy and a compassionate approach to patient care
Maintains confidentiality and privacy of client information

Responsibilities

Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
Other duties as assigned
