We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team. The role also serves as the Director of Nursing (DN), where applicable per the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) requirements for Home Care Organization (HCO). The RN/DN reports to the administrator and is responsible for developing care plans and supervising skilled and non-skilled services. They ensure quality service provision and appropriate supervision. The RN/DN is responsible for working with other disciplines to ensure our clients’ needs are met, which includes, but is not limited to, the assessment process, the creation and maintenance of the plan of care, and working with the scheduler coordination of services, and the supervisory process.
