About The Position
Registered Nurse PreOp Surgery PRN Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a Registered Nurse responsible for implementing the nursing process for patients of all ages, from infancy to geriatric, within the scope of Nursing Practice. Key duties include completing and documenting initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, delivering care in accordance with policies and procedures, and evaluating patient responses to interventions. The nurse must demonstrate proficiency in nursing skills specific to their area of practice. This role may involve additional duties that are not listed and responsibilities may evolve over time. Requirements
- Active Kentucky License
- BCLS required within 90 days of hire
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire
