Requirements

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and mentor newly hired RNs and LPNs.
• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care according to individual care plans.
• Perform client assessments and provide education to patients and their families.
• Monitor patients' conditions and document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
