Focusing on orthopedics, total joints and spine, we have four ORs with plan to build 4-6 more within the next 3-5 years. The facility is a trauma level 4. We have a tenured and experienced team, some that have been here since BFCMC opened in 2015. Our fast-growing surgery area does a variety of surgeries, endoscopy procedures, and interventional radiology. Shifts for this position will be day or evening shifts, working 4x9 hour shifts or 3x10 hour shifts. Shifts will be discussed further during interview process. POSITION SUMMARY This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
