Registered Nurse - Pre Admin Testing - Day/Evenings
About The Position
This Registered Nurse position in Pre Admission Testing at Endeavor Health involves providing professional nursing care to ensure quality patient outcomes. The role requires critical thinking skills to assess patients' conditions, identify deviations, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and accurately record observations. The nurse will also delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff and function as a team member to achieve unit goals. Requirements
- Education: ADN
- License/Certification: Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

- Renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care.
- Employing critical thinking skills, assesses patients’ condition, recognizes deviations, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients’ progress, and records pertinent observations.
- Delegates appropriate patient care tasks to other staff.
