As an RN Diabetic Nail Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nail care to our growing diabetic patient population, joining a highly skilled nail clinic team. Applicants must hold a BSN and are required to complete the WOCNCB (Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing Certification Board) and Rainer Nail and Foot Care training within 6 months of employment. The primary office for this position will be at Landmark; may have to travel to Morgan 1-2 days per week. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm No weekends! No holidays!

Requirements

  • Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN)
  • Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA
  • Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies
  • May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction
  • Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse
