About The Position
The per diem registered nurse for the Internal Medicine areas plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of comprehensive care to the University Community's adolescent, adult, and elder populations. This position involves collaboration with the Nurse Manager, team physicians, and Practice Manager to ensure adherence to department guidelines and policies while providing health maintenance, episodic, and chronic care. The nurse also assists in the Acute Treatment Area as needed, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care and effective communication within the healthcare team.
