A Registered Nurse (RN) at Montana State Hospital utilizes a “Team Nursing” approach to provide care and support to clients within the framework of a therapeutic environment. This position performs nursing assessment, planning, interventions, and evaluation for adult clients with serious mental illness in the facility. Responsibilities include assigning work and providing direction and training to subordinate nursing personnel.
