About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) in Pediatric Neurology at Mayo Clinic is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with neurological concerns. This role emphasizes family-centered care and collaboration with neurologists in an outpatient setting. The RN will coordinate patient care, educate families, and support transitions of care while adhering to the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model.

Requirements

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program accredited by ACEN, CCNE, or NLN CNEA.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required before start date.
• At least one year of experience as an acute inpatient RN preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric and Neurology experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities
