Registered Nurse, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, Full Time Days, Wolfson Children's Hospital
About The Position
We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Hematology/Oncology team at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a full-time day shift position. This unit is responsible for caring for all diagnosis of childhood cancer which would encompass chemotherapy infusions as well as Bone Marrow Transplants, Car-T cell infusion, MIBG infusions, sickle cell care, newly diagnosed diabetics, orthopedic surgeries, and trauma patients. This is a very busy unit with higher acuity patient populations, which includes: Providing patient care to pediatric population utilizing all aspects of the nursing process• Administer medications per hospital policies and procedures• Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with others• PALS certification will be required for this unit (after hired)• Chemotherapy Certification will be required (once employed).
Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
