The unit is equipped to provide a variety of treatment modalities, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, gene therapy, and palliative care, with patient acuity levels ranging from high to moderate. The nurse will work in a dynamic environment with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 2:1 to 4:1, ensuring high-quality care and support for patients and their families.
