Organization: Staffing Collaborative Job Summary: JOB SUMMARY Applies the nursing process to plan and manage the care of complex patients in a comprehensive manner. Recognizes complex learning needs and prepares individual teaching plans for patients/families and consistently demonstrates effective patient education to peers. Consistently ensures a comprehensive continuum of care plan in collaboration with the health care team. Demonstrates and role models effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Ensures evidence-based care and continuously monitors patient outcomes. Furthers professional growth by engaging in learning activities according to Board of Nursing standards. Floats across entities to fulfill requirements of the role. Job Types: Resource Pool working Per Diem hours covering shifts most needed by the unit. Premium Pay $65 Medical Insurance benefits are NOT offered. Assignment in the same hospital. Work on Per Diem assignments.
