About The Position

The position is responsible for coordinating patient safety program activities, which include reviewing and managing safety event investigations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring follow-up actions are taken. The role also involves managing and configuring the event reporting system to support patient safety activities while adhering to the protections outlined by the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act. The individual will foster an organizational culture of safety through recognition, education, and continuous improvement activities.
