The Registered Nurse position is responsible for managing the care of patients experiencing medical conditions or surgical procedures. This involves assessing patient condition, administering medications, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, keeping records, and providing support and education to patients and their families. The nurse must maintain a wide array of medical care knowledge to care for a diverse group of patients.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate effective leadership abilities
Exhibits valuable time management skills
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
RN license active in the state of Missouri
